Context

Estonia is the first country in this audit. The choice is not accidental: a small country with ambitious digital infrastructure, mandatory ID-card for every citizen, e-residency programmes attracting international attention. If GDPR violations work on infrastructure with such density of digital identification, this is especially visible.
