INFOnline before the banner

The Cookiebot CMP loads at +1604 ms and logs the user’s consent at +5186 ms. Within this interval INFOnline manages to load (+1648 ms) and send two tracking pings (+2518 and +2934 ms). The gap between INFOnline’s first ping and the consent logging is 2.6 seconds. The policy justifies INFOnline via legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — but this does not exempt it from the TKG § 165 requirement, which mandates consent for any identifier stored on a device.

Proprietary advertising, no third parties

ads.bauforum24.biz — Revive Adserver (open source), a self-hosted advertising system. Banners load from a proprietary subdomain after Cookiebot. No Google, Meta, or programmatic ad networks.
